Have you heard this great news?

The New Hampshire House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly—272 to 109—to finally join the other New England states in legalizing cannabis for adults over 21.

But it’s not over yet. We’ve been here before. We've watched the House vote to legalize cannabis only for it to be shot down by the Senate or Governor each time.

It's absolutely vital to not give up the momentum we have. We need to take action now, to tell the New Hampshire Senate to pass H.B. 639 and Sununu to sign it once he reaches his desk. Together, we can end New Hampshire’s status as an island of prohibition.

This is long overdue. Let’s tell the General Court and Governor clearly: it’s time to legalize cannabis.
